Peter joined the South Bay Office of Gateway Business Properties as Vice President in June 2011 bringing over twenty one years of demonstrated success in the commercial real estate industry. Most recently, Peter spent over twenty one successful years in the South Bay offices of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate, Colliers International Commercial Real Estate and Lee & Associates.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Peter experienced many productive years with the Xerox Corporation (earning several top sales awards, including the coveted “President’s Club”), as well as top sales experience with CF Air Freight (a division of Consolidated Freightways) giving him invaluable experience in problem solving and corporate planning. Peter’s exceptional organization and attention to detail and skill sets were well honed during his tenure.
Peter specializes in office, industrial, commercial, and investment properties in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County and has been involved in properties of various types and sizes. Peter’s professional brokerage services can best be measured by the companies he has represented and subsequent transactions that he has completed.
