Matt Marraccini

Beginning his real estate career working for his mentor and real estate investor, Matt developed his skills and expertise in Industrial and Office Brokerage and Property Management. Matt joined the Gateway team in 2017 and brings his history and experience representing both users and owners, managing real estate portfolios, and executing both commercial and residential investment sales.

Matt’s clients range in spectrum, including: warehousing and distributors, 3PL’s, freight forwarding, motion picture studios, VFX and production companies.

Matt has lived in Los Angeles since 2001. He graduated summa cum laude from Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawaii – Manoa with a BA in Marketing, and also spent time working internationally in Japan and Italy. Currently, he is active within the USC CAP program co-mentoring undergraduates in business.
