Brent Daniel

In 2017, Brent joined Gateway Business Properties as Vice President bringing over 23 years of commercial real estate experience and demonstrated success.

Brent graduated from the University of Southern California in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate finance. He immediately went to work in the real estate brokerage profession and has been active ever since. For 23 years, Brent was the main contact for a well-known commercial brokerage firm in Torrance, CA. During that time, he closed over 1,000 real estate transactions for small, mid-level and Fortune 500 companies. Brent also earned top Broker honors consecutively from 2009-2016.

Brent specializes in office, industrial, commercial and investment properties in the South Bay of Los Angeles County. He values the friendships that have been garnered with his clients over the years from business formed through representing companies as large as Toyota North America to small entrepreneurial investors, tenants and property owners. Brent is well versed in management and property ownership as well, as having been an integral part of many large and small syndication purchases and repositioning of properties throughout the years. From ground up, to refurbishment, to key ready, Brent has successfully accomplished it all.

Brent lives in Rancho Palos Verdes with his wife and three amazing daughters. He enjoys and active life, coaching soccer for the last 11 years. From 2014-2017, Brent volunteered as the Regional Commissioner of Palos Verdes AYSO and served as an executive member of AYSO National. During this time, he planned and implemented youth soccer activities overseeing more than 3,000 school age children and over 800 volunteers per year. Brent is the past President of the Washington Medical Center Friends and Family Program, a former member of the Carson Kiwanis Club as well as a current member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association.
